Welcome to Starseed Link Network (“Starseed Link,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Starseed Link Network website, membership platform, online community, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

When you access our website you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, participating in the community, or otherwise using Starseed Link Network, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
Our intention is to create a respectful, inspiring, collaborative environment where people can connect, share ideas, develop projects, and work together toward our shared vision of co-creating a more conscious and harmonious future—what our community refers to as the New Earth: NuMu.

• 1. Eligibility
  Starseed Link Network membership is open to individuals 13 years of age or older.
  By registering for an account, you represent that:
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The information you provide is accurate and current.
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You will use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
• If you are under the age of 18, you should use the Platform with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that a member does not meet the eligibility requirements.
  
  2. Free Membership
  Basic membership in Starseed Link Network is currently provided free of charge.
  Free membership may provide access to features including, but not limited to:
  • A member profile;
  • Community discussions and social interaction;
  • Posting and sharing photos, videos, text, links, and other permitted content;
  • Connecting and communicating with other members;
  • Participating in groups, projects, and collaborative activities;
  • Discovering and contributing to initiatives associated with the Starseed Link Network community.
• We reserve the right to add, modify, limit, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time.
  
  3. Founders Membership
  Starseed Link Network may offer an optional Founders Membership for members who wish to provide a one-time financial contribution toward the development and launch of Starseed Link Network and its associated start-up projects.
  The Founders contribution is voluntary and is separate from basic membership.
  Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement:
  • A Founders contribution does not constitute an investment in Starseed Link Network.
  • A Founder does not acquire ownership, equity, shares, voting rights, or other ownership interests in Starseed Link Network merely by making a contribution.
  • A Founders contribution does not constitute a loan.
  • A Founder is not guaranteed any financial return, profit, dividend, interest, reimbursement, or appreciation.
  • Becoming a Founder does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, or fiduciary relationship between the Founder and Starseed Link Network.
  • Founders do not automatically acquire intellectual-property rights in Starseed Link Network projects or materials.
• The specific amount of the Founders contribution, what it supports, and any benefits associated with Founders Membership will be disclosed at the time the contribution is offered.
  Founders contribution:  As displayed at the time of registration.
  Unless otherwise stated in writing, Founders contributions are refundable within the first 30 days after contribution.
  
  4. Our Community Purpose
  Starseed Link Network exists to facilitate connection, communication, creativity, education, collaboration, and the development of projects aligned with our community’s vision of co-creating the New Earth: NuMu.
  Members are encouraged to share ideas, explore possibilities, collaborate on projects, support one another, and contribute their unique skills, perspectives, creativity, and experience.
  Participation in the Starseed Link Network community does not mean that all members share identical beliefs, philosophies, spiritual perspectives, political views, or approaches.
  We encourage curiosity, respectful dialogue, personal discernment, and freedom of thought.
  
  5. Member Accounts
  To participate in certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account.
  You agree to:
  • Provide truthful and accurate information;
  • Keep your login credentials secure;
  • Not share your account with another person;
  • Promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised;
  • Take responsibility for activity occurring through your account.
• You may not create an account for another person without authorization or create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
  
  6. Community Conduct
  Starseed Link Network is intended to be a constructive and collaborative community.
  When using the Platform, you agree to treat other members with dignity and respect.
  You may not use the Platform to:
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person;
  • Engage in bullying or targeted harassment;
  • Promote violence or credible threats of harm;
  • Post unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or intentionally deceptive material;
  • Discriminate against or promote hatred toward individuals or groups;
  • Share another person’s private or confidential information without permission;
  • Impersonate another person or organization;
  • Engage in scams, phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices;
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
  • Use the Platform to conduct unlawful activities;
  • Infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights;
  • Spam members or use the Platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation;
  • Circumvent security measures or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts when we reasonably believe that conduct violates these Terms or threatens the safety or integrity of the community.
  
  7. Member-Generated Content
  Members may be able to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise share content including text, photographs, videos, artwork, audio, links, ideas, comments, project materials, and other information (“Member Content”).
• COPYRIGHTS: You retain ownership of original intellectual property that you lawfully own in your Member Content.
• 
  By submitting Member Content to the Platform, you grant Starseed Link Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and provide the Platform and community.
  This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and does not transfer ownership of your underlying intellectual property to Starseed Link Network.

  You represent that:
  • You own or have permission to share the content you upload;
  • Your content does not knowingly violate another person’s rights;
  • You have obtained any permissions necessary for photographs, videos, music, artwork, or other third-party materials you submit;
  • Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
• Please do not post anything that you expect to remain confidential.
  
  8. Collaboration and Shared Projects
  Starseed Link Network encourages members to collaborate on projects intended to support the community’s vision of the New Earth: NuMu.
• 
  Because collaboration may involve ideas, creative works, inventions, business concepts, technology, educational materials, events, or other projects, members are responsible for clearly establishing ownership and participation arrangements among themselves when appropriate.
• 
  Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, participation in a Starseed Link Network discussion or project does not automatically create ownership rights, partnership rights, revenue-sharing rights, or intellectual-property rights for any member.
• 
  Members should use appropriate written agreements when collaborating on projects involving significant intellectual property, money, businesses, investments, or other valuable interests.
• 
  Starseed Link Network does not guarantee the success, completion, profitability, funding, or commercial viability of any community project.
  
  9. Intellectual Property
  The Platform and its original materials, including its branding, logos, website design, graphics, text, software, and other materials created by or for Starseed Link Network, are owned by or licensed to Starseed Link Network and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
  You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or exploit Starseed Link Network’s proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.
  Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using content that you independently own, subject to the rights and licenses described in these Terms.
  
  10. Third-Party Content and Links
  Members may post links to third-party websites, services, products, organizations, or resources.
  We do not necessarily endorse or control third-party content.
  Your interactions with third-party websites, services, organizations, or individuals are between you and the relevant third party. Starseed Link Network is not responsible for third-party products, services, content, policies, or practices.
  
  11. Community Information and Personal Responsibility
  The Starseed Link Network community may involve discussion of spirituality, consciousness, personal development, alternative perspectives, emerging ideas, social change, technology, sustainability, community development, and other subjects.
  Information shared by members represents the views of those members and does not necessarily represent the views of Starseed Link Network.
  Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice.
  Members are responsible for exercising their own judgment and seeking qualified professional advice when appropriate.
  
  12. No Guarantees
  Starseed Link Network is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  We do not guarantee that:
  • The Platform will always be available;
  • The Platform will operate without interruption or errors;
  • Content will always be accurate or complete;
  • Member Content will remain available;
  • Community projects will succeed;
  • Members will achieve particular personal, spiritual, professional, financial, or other outcomes.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Platform from time to time.
  
  13. Privacy
  Your use of Starseed Link Network is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

  By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
  
  14. Children and Minors
  Membership is available beginning at age 18.
  We do not knowingly request more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to operate the Platform.
  Members under 18 should exercise caution when communicating online and should involve a parent or legal guardian in decisions involving personal information, financial transactions, in-person meetings, or other potentially significant activities.
  Members should never publicly post sensitive personal information, including home addresses, private telephone numbers, passwords, financial-account information, or other information that could compromise personal safety or security.
  We reserve the right to implement additional safeguards, age restrictions, or feature limitations where required by applicable law.
  
  15. Reporting Concerns
  If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates these Terms or presents a serious safety concern, please report it to us at:

  When making a report, please provide enough information for us to understand the concern.
  We may investigate reported conduct and may take action at our discretion, including removing content, issuing warnings, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating memberships.
  
  16. Suspension and Termination
  You may stop using the Platform and request termination of your account at any time.
  We may suspend or terminate your account if:
  • You violate these Terms;
  • You engage in conduct that threatens the safety or integrity of the community;
  • You provide false or misleading information;
  • Your use of the Platform creates legal or security risks;
  • We are required to do so by law; or
  • We otherwise reasonably determine that termination is necessary to protect Starseed Link Network, its members, or the Platform.
• Termination may result in the removal or disabling of access to your account and associated content.
  Certain provisions of these Terms—including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and other provisions that by their nature should survive—will continue after termination.
  
  17. Limitation of Liability
  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starseed Link Network and its owners, operators, administrators, affiliates, contributors, volunteers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
  This includes, where permitted by law, losses arising from:
  • Member interactions;
  • Member-generated content;
  • Community projects;
  • Third-party websites or services;
  • Unauthorized access to accounts;
  • Loss of data;
  • Interruption of the Platform; or
  • Reliance on information shared through the community.
• Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
  
  18. Indemnification
  To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Starseed Link Network and its owners, operators, administrators, affiliates, contractors, volunteers, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your Member Content;
  • Your unlawful or harmful conduct;
  • Your violation of another person’s rights; or
  • Your misuse of the Platform.
• 
  19. Changes to These Terms
  We may update these Terms from time to time as Starseed Link Network grows and develops.
  When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Platform, email, or another reasonable method.
  Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  
  20. Governing Law
  These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Georgia and the United States of America without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be handled in the courts or through the dispute-resolution process located in the state of Georgia and the United States of America, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  
  21. Severability
  If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  
  22. Entire Agreement
  These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Starseed Link Network concerning your use of the Platform.

  We welcome you to the community and invite you to participate with curiosity, respect, creativity, compassion, and a spirit of collaboration as we explore the possibilities of co-creating New Earth: NuMu together.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions without notice.
